Make a Vision Board. Sure, you have heard it a million times before, but when is the last time you actually MADE one? What you see is what you get in life. Get out some magazines, cut out images that attract you, paste them on a poster board, and hang it where you can see it. For example, say your dream is to adopt a child. You really want to adopt this child because it will bring you feelings of heroism, unconditional love, and joy. In order to become a vibrational match to having that child, all you have to is start practicing those emotions now! At some point in chasing our dreams, we need to call ourselves out on behaviors that aren't in alignment with our goals. If your dream is to lose 20 pounds then you have to call yourself out on constant snacking by looking at the ‘why' behind the behavior. Conquer your fears, doubts, or hidden negative beliefs with the heart of a gladiator. Pretend that it is your job to figure out why you are sabotaging your dreams.
And they'll try to use the "LoA" as a way to get more 'things' which really just satisfies ones ego and comes from a place of lack. They use it as a tool, as a means to an end. But it's not a tool, it's more of a "this is how it works" and being consciously aware of how it works can be pretty powerful, just not *necessarily* in the way many would think (red lamborghinis and such).
I was with a stranger who told me to get rid of the headache I needed to take out my "wishbone." I told her I didn't have a wishbone. She looked at me as if I was crazy, and said "of course you do." She reached behind her head and pulled out a massive wishbone from her back. I couldn't believe my eyes, and told her I certainly don't have one of those.

Sitting with your back straight, which will help you focused on your breathing, and keep your mouth closed. Concentrate on each breath. You can think about your lungs contracting and then expanding, or simply how the air travels through your nose as you breathe. Now that you know what you want, you have to ask the universe for it. It’s almost like you’re tuning your destiny for it. With a clear message on what it is you want, remember your detailed list, the universe can help you get it. Yes, the universe will still try to help even if you don’t ask, however, it will have to take a guess at what it is that you are wanting. With that said, don’t leave it to chance and ask for what you want.
3. FEEL YOUR DESIRE. If you want a trip somewhere, visualize yourself in that place and pay attention to how being there makes you feel inside. Right before I went to Paris, I felt myself in a beautiful place, with autumn crispness in the air and a feeling of love enveloping me. (I had no idea I was going to Paris at the time.) Just days later, I replicated the exact feeling in Paris! This is how the law of attraction works. What you’re really drawing to yourself is the feeling - not the actual “thing.” This is why I like to think of manifesting as attracting an experience or emotion, rather than some physical outward tangible thing. We’re here to experience, not to accumulate.

Even deeper, they could know what they want, but they are afraid they are not worthy of having it. This is a huge problem and stems from a lack of self-worth. It’s more difficult when you don’t see yourself as valuable of the good things that we are destined to have. Some people forget that it’s our birthright to be blessed beyond measure, so we accept whatever is handed to us.
