Whatever you want already exists in your imagination, doesn’t it? Therefore it is just as real as any other idea you have ever had that came to fruition. Play with the belief that what you want is already waiting for you. You’ve placed the order, now you’re on your way to pick it up. What have you got to lose? After all, you don’t “need” what you desire, it’s just for fun.
You can pray, meditate, journal, go to yoga, see your energy healer, whatever you have to do to reconnect with your inner guide and the belief that you are divinely supported and can have, be, or do anything you want. And you can affirm, affirm, affirm until you believe what you say. And you can work these five steps forward and backward and all around until you create such high vibrations around trusting this process that you do start to believe that anything is possible for you.

2. TAKE UP MORE SPACE. Look at anywhere in your life where you’re being small right now. Where you know you desire more and you’re worth more inside. Maybe you’re still in the job you hate. You’re still dating that person who treats you like shit or you’re still going out with the emotionally unavailable person. Wherever you’re small, you’re not able to create; it’s a block in your life. There’s no magnetism. To feed your magnetism, start accepting only what makes you feel big and true to who you are. 

Stop looking at the horizons in front of you and feeling overwhelmed. Look at the horizon behind you. It’s just as far and infinite. Think about how far you’ve travelled already. And, allow yourself a small tear of pride. Give yourself a pat on the back for the efforts you’ve made, the roads you’ve travelled. The universe thanks you for being part of this amazing story we’re all creating together.
And no, "But science is sooooooooo mysterious, we can't know for sure..." is not a legitimate argument. REAL science states that you DO NOT believe that something is true UNTIL it has been positively proven, NOT that you treat as if it is because "maybe." And no again, doing so is NOT "keeping an open mind" - keeping an open mind means accepting things for good reasons, not "just because." That's called "being a gullible sucker." 

How To Get Him To Text You Law Of Attraction


The first article about this was in Psychology Today - “Throw Away Your Vision Board.” After a quarter million hits and much hate mail, I wanted to make sure that I had a thorough LOA understanding so I read every book from the originators of the law in the late 1800s and became a certified “Advanced Practitioner of the Law of Attraction” by one of the authors of "The Secret." I then wrote “Throw Away Your Vision Board 2.” This time the feedback was a little more positive. I recently published the book, Throw Away Your Vision Board: The Truth About the Law of Attraction. Because they have limiting beliefs about themselves and the world. It creates a self-sabotaging cycle that can result in a life of regret. We all have the power to manifest our dreams, but in order to do, so we have to shift to a more positive way of thinking. Using the Law of Attraction to manifest your dreams is about actively holding yourself in the energetic space of infinite possibility.
I used to do a lot of work helping people to stop smoking. There are only 2 reasons people don’t stop smoking. One, because they don’t want to (often this is subconscious) Two, because they don’t believe it’s possible. Or they assume it will be incredibly difficult and painful, and they can’t do it without suffering forever. (Again, this is often subconscious and it is a flawed assumption).
Creating a ritual around your intention is incredibly powerful. Each time Mike and I want to manifest something (like a financial goal) we sit on the floor together with our citrine crystals. We light a candle, hold hands, and pray out loud together. We speak our desires in the present tense and surround them in Divine Love. It doesn’t matter so much what the ritual is (but usually mine involve a candle and a crystal). It matters that you mark your intention with a conscious action that acknowledges the Divine.
You’re just playing, and in ‘imagination land’ everything is possible and you know it. You don’t question, you just know. Let that knowing transcend any “but” thoughts your logical mind comes up with! Have fun with this and leave the logical mind at home. This is about using the power of thoughts, emotions and your intentions. You don’t need to worry if or how it will manifest.
Example: I want to help millennials with finding and developing sustainable, profitable careers they are passionate about and teach them all about #adulting in terms of finance, create a home they love (affordably), while still getting to binge Netflix, travel the world, and enjoy their platonic and intimate relationships. All of that was actually part of my original vision when going off on my own in 2014 (because #realtalk: that’s all the things I wanted to know too!).

Going to work: I wrote down and got super clear on the characteristics of my ideal partner. Then I asked myself, could I offer these characteristics to a partner today? In doing so, I realized that I don’t have unconditional love for myself, so how can I truly offer that to someone else? For the next 30 days I’m going to journal and bring awareness to my negative self talk and limiting beliefs that tell me “I’m not good enough” and start working on those. I have to take care of me before the Universe can take care of me.
Step 2: Believe it is possible. You must know in your deepest soul that it is possible for the thing you desire to be in your life. Miracles happen every day. Often things we never could have imagined were possible come together in the most unpredictable way. Just because something does not appear likely from your current vantage point does not mean that it is not possible. Believe in the possibility that what you desire could be in your life. The stronger your belief the less resistance you create. By reducing the resistance it is easier for the energy of what you do desire to materialize in your life. If you do not believe it is possible for your dream to be a part of your reality, you are energetically putting up a brick wall of resistance blocking all possibility that you can manifest what you desire. Expect your dream to manifest. Know that it is happening. Know that the Universe is working in your favor, even when it does not appear to be from your perspective. Trust and believe what you desire is coming to you.
There are certain steps each of us can consciously take to facilitate the manifestation of our goals and dreams. By intentionally applying these steps we can not only bring the things we have imagined into our present experience but also potentially speed up the process up to a degree. By consciously applying the following steps and being aware of what we are manifesting what we experience in our lives changes to more closely resemble our desires.

He cites Jesus Christ as being the greatest teacher of metaphysics who ever lived and explains that thoughts are our most important emanation, more important than what we say or what we do. In the books Power Through Constructive Thinking and Find and Use your Inner Power Fox speaks about "building the mental equivalent of what you want and to expunge those that you don't".
I am an energy person. I believe in attracting what you’re putting out into the Universe. It’s crucial to stay at a high vibration if you want to manifest your dreams. Limit negative self talk, or negative conversations and people around you. Pay attention to when jealousy or comparison gets you down, and switch out those tasks for things that give you confidence and inspiration. A daily mindfulness practice is essential. It’s also why I recommend starting with something like A Course In Miracles or May Cause Miracles (the “millennial” version of ACIM), to get you in the habit of a daily practice. Really there are tons of apps out their for meditation and inspiration today, that there’s no excuse to not take a mindful moment every day.

Focus on understanding your part in this overall process, rather than feeling guilty or ashamed. Recognizing how your fears have manifested in your life does not mean that the bad things in your life are your fault. It simply means that the Law of Attraction has responded to the signal you sent out. Just acknowledge that the system works and your new awareness will guide you. No need to shame yourself or even feel responsible.
