Teachings on manifestation sometimes fail to dig deep enough into the subconscious roots of our current patterns of creation. If we don’t effectively unearth the hidden beliefs, habits and behavior patterns that may be blocking our ability to co-create, including the cultural programming we’ve absorbed from the world around us, we’ll constantly be working against ourselves. You can’t transform what you can’t see. And just as the subconscious mind can be the source of our biggest obstacles, it’s also the source of our greatest creative power. Simply encouraging people to “think more positive thoughts” only engages the conscious mind. To become an effective creator, we need to find ways to imprint new patterns and desires into the subconscious mind. And, just as an important side note: Your subconscious is way, way more powerful than you possibly give it credit for. Most people don’t realize this fact. Your subconscious knows exactly what you’re going to do. It’s infinitely more aware of what’s happening in the universe than your conscious mind. It simply won’t be bullied. It’s happy for you to tell it what to do, once you master the process of doing so.
Be sure about what you want and when you do decide please don't doubt yourself. Remember that you're sending a request to the Universe which is created by thoughts and therefore responds to thoughts. Know exactly what it is that you want. If you're not clear/sure, the Universe will get an unclear frequency and will send you unwanted results. So be sure it is something you have strong enthusiasm for.

The Law of Attraction is one of the better known universal laws. The theory behind the Law of Attraction is that we create our own realities. Not only do we attract things we want,  we also attract things we don't want. With a clear message on what it is you want, remember your detailed list, the universe can help you get it. Yes, the universe will still try to help even if you don’t ask, however, it will have to take a guess at what it is that you are wanting. With that said, don’t leave it to chance and ask for what you want.

People often ask me how I managed to travel to so many fabulous places. The truth is, at one point it was even a mystery to me. But after manifesting what seemed to me as random, last minute trips to Hawaii time and time again, I began to suspect that there was something more going on. Either I was just really good at manifesting trips to Hawaii or I was tapping into something magical. I decided to test out my manifesting skills and up the ante. If I can manifest trips to Hawaii, why not Europe? And sure enough — Voila! I ended up on the trip of a lifetime to Paris and the Amalfi Coast less than a month later!
If you are constantly cranky and upset, then you will be creating more of the same into your experience. It works like a big mirror. You create your vibrational set point, buzz that frequency out into the ether and whatever your dominant energetic patterns are will be drawn to you in the form of things, people and experiences that are in alignment with your vibration set point. 

If manifesting your dream life only required having positive thoughts, then this conversation would be irrelevant. If it were as simple as staying positive, you would have figured it out long ago. This goes much deeper than the surface level conscious mind thinking you’re well-acquainted with. The Law of Attraction is activated based on what’s occurring in the depths of your unconscious mind.

Gratitude. Feel the gratitude of what it feels like when your dreams come to fruition. Your feelings are what is fueling the manifestation process. What does it feel like when you are living your dreams? Spend time visualizing what it is like to live your dreams and feel that gratitude, joy, love, bliss and all the other good stuff. Let this energy rocket you closer to your manifestations.
4. ASK FOR ASSISTANCE. Ask your Angels, your Spirit Guides, and your Higher Self for assistance and pay attention to the signs. I know this seems crazy, but if you want something, you have to ask for it. Silly concept! If you don’t ask, your divine guidance can’t help you. They’re just hanging out, waiting for you to put them to work, so ask them for help!

Trust that you’re being taken care of because you ARE!

Today I’ll share with you how to do this for yourself. If you can, try to do this for twenty minutes twice a day. I can’t guarantee this will work. But I do believe it puts you in the mindset of success. Over time you'll begin to truly believe you can accomplish any reasonable goal you set for yourself. This meditation will also lead you to constantly be looking for ways to advance your goals, and signals you’re on the right track. This in itself is a great boost to your chances for success — because you’ll believe the world is supporting you in helping you accomplish your goals. That optimism will open up avenues for success.
2. TAKE UP MORE SPACE. Look at anywhere in your life where you’re being small right now. Where you know you desire more and you’re worth more inside. Maybe you’re still in the job you hate. You’re still dating that person who treats you like shit or you’re still going out with the emotionally unavailable person. Wherever you’re small, you’re not able to create; it’s a block in your life. There’s no magnetism. To feed your magnetism, start accepting only what makes you feel big and true to who you are.
Set your manifesting goal. Get crystal clear on exactly what you would like to create, do, be, have, or experience. Then work those imagination muscles. What would it look like if you already had that, if you were already living it? What would surround you? Who would be with you? What would you wear? What would your bank account reflect? How would you spend your time?
I like this book and have been returning to it over the years. It's one I keep and revisit as the concepts take time to be fully grasped or integrated. If you can put aside (if you have a problem with it), the idea that all of the information is channeled to Esther Hicks by an "entity" named Abraham there is much to learn. It doesn't matter if you think that's weird or even if you think it's "wrong" somehow. Put judgement aside and see what is applicable here for your life.
By the way, you can apply this magic formula to anything: Health, relationships, financial abundance, your business, your career. Even if you bounce from one to the other it’s fine. The universe doesn’t care. So long as you invest in yourself. So long as you’re improving SOME aspect of your inner or outer life every day by 1%, you’ll experience the magic results faster than you’d imagine possible.

You’re also competing with other people’s intentions – both good and bad. So, be aware that if your desire is in direct conflict with someone else’s stronger desire, the universe will respond accordingly. The Law of Attraction does not give you full and total control of your life, it simply states that like will attract like. You can use this to your advantage by being intentional with your desires, but this isn’t magic.
