Listen, I get it, we live in a fast-moving environment today, but the old adage, “stop and smell the roses” really comes to mind when manifesting. You see, if your mind is focused on what you don’t have, or that things aren’t working as quickly as you’d like, you will miss out on the small victories. Celebrate those small wins! You have to acknowledge the victories if you want to continue to find trust and faith in the process. Keep your eyes, ears, and heart open to signs from the Universe that it has your back. It could be someone acknowledging a change in you, a quote on social media that was exactly what you needed to hear that day, or even a smile from a stranger that warms your heart. Stay open, be present, and take note.
I like this book and have been returning to it over the years. It's one I keep and revisit as the concepts take time to be fully grasped or integrated. If you can put aside (if you have a problem with it), the idea that all of the information is channeled to Esther Hicks by an "entity" named Abraham there is much to learn. It doesn't matter if you think that's weird or even if you think it's "wrong" somehow. Put judgement aside and see what is applicable here for your life.
Even deeper, they could know what they want, but they are afraid they are not worthy of having it. This is a huge problem and stems from a lack of self-worth. It’s more difficult when you don’t see yourself as valuable of the good things that we are destined to have. Some people forget that it’s our birthright to be blessed beyond measure, so we accept whatever is handed to us.
So why does the latent content of a dream end up being hidden by the manifest content? Freud believed that the unconscious mind contained desires, urges, and thoughts that are unacceptable to the conscious mind. These might involve traumatic memories, secret desires, or socially objectionable urges that might cause distress if they were brought into awareness.

Whether you organize your dream and goals through vision boarding or life planning you shouldn't stop there. In order to harness your vision and dreams for your life you have to engage with the law of attraction to help align yourself with your vision. For more abour aligning your thoughts with your vision, go here.  Start here if you need help creating your vision board.
Make a Vision Board. Sure, you have heard it a million times before, but when is the last time you actually MADE one? What you see is what you get in life. Get out some magazines, cut out images that attract you, paste them on a poster board, and hang it where you can see it. They W-O-R-K, just ask Nick Cannon who said his vision board brought Mariah Carey into his life.
The very next day at work, I got a phone call from a number I assumed was telemarketing, but for some reason, I didn’t hesitate to pick it up. It was a woman interested in buying my old car (I posted the ad months ago and haven’t heard from anyone) and about 5 minutes into a lovely conversation, I realized she was offering me the exact amount of money I need for B-School…. I was so overwhelmed with the feeling of love, that I had to grab the table to prevent myself from falling over.
I’m not talking about your pits, legs, or lady parts: I’m talking about your expenses. My friend, women’s wealth expert Barbara Stanny, suggests looking at our monthly expenses and then seeing where we can “shave” a little bit. Would you be willing to shave a bit off your clothing budget in honor of your desire to invest in your growing business? Would you be willing to shave off your restaurant budget in honor of your desire to create a cushion fund for yourself of 6-12 months of living expenses? Where would you be willing to shave your expenses in honor of your desire? Often just a tad of shaving in a few areas makes a significant difference. It’s not about living with less. It’s about investing in the things that you truly value and therefore living more.

Is The Law Of Attraction A Theory

Writing your goals will not only help you get clear, but will help you create inspired action steps toward your dreams. Connecting to your "why" means connecting to the feeling that achieving the goal will give you. When we connect to the "why," we raise our vibration and become magnets for attracting the people, circumstances, etc. that will help us achieve our goal.
Today I’ll share with you how to do this for yourself. If you can, try to do this for twenty minutes twice a day. I can’t guarantee this will work. But I do believe it puts you in the mindset of success. Over time you'll begin to truly believe you can accomplish any reasonable goal you set for yourself. This meditation will also lead you to constantly be looking for ways to advance your goals, and signals you’re on the right track. This in itself is a great boost to your chances for success — because you’ll believe the world is supporting you in helping you accomplish your goals. That optimism will open up avenues for success.
It’s important to understand that mindfulness isn’t about changing anything or trying to understand it. This is because the analytical and judgement aspects — our automatic reactions — are unhealthy and actually perpetuate the problem. It reinforces the connection in our brain between the action and the negative feeling. To release that connection, approach it without judgement. Let it be.
The main principles of the Law of Attraction can also be discovered in the teachings of many civilizations and religious groups. An example, in the Proverbs 23:7, it reads ‘As a man thinketh in his heart so is he’. Proof of praise for the Laws of Attraction can be uncovered throughout the ages; all recorded and taught in different ways, but still there for all of humanity to find.
The manifest content of a dream is what actually happens in the dream. This is often contrasted with the latent content of the dream, which is what the dream represents or symbolizes. Sigmund Freud, the father of psychoanalysis, believed that the manifest content of the dream always represents a suppressed emotion or urge, which was revealed in the latent content. Carl Jung, the author of significant psychological concepts such as archetypes and the collective unconscious, believed differently. He saw the manifest content as a guide to what's currently going on in your life, and the latent content as a reflection of your deeper, spiritual side. Unlike Freud, Jung did not categorize all dreams as unfulfilled wishes.

A five-second glance at the many visual representations of your dreams on your board is easy and quick. I keep mine in my walk-in closet and glance at it twice a day before I change my clothes. After I look at it, I picture the ‘laws of attraction' to be like giant gears in a clockwork that lurch into motion, arranging and aligning energetic paths of manifestation to me. Wherever you put your vision board, make sure you see it every day.
