A little background if you’re new around here: Before starting my own business, and then this blog, I worked a 9-5 as a substance abuse counselor on the road to burn out. The Law of Attraction is one of life’s biggest mysteries. Very few people are fully aware of how much of an impact the Law of Attraction has on their day to day life. Whether we are doing it knowingly or unknowingly, every second of our existence, we are acting as human magnets sending out our thoughts and emotions and attracting back more of what we have put out.
Your thoughts and actions create a result. Everything you think, say, and do will have an effect. Every action generates a force of energy that returns to it in kind and that energy continues to flow back and forth. If you don’t have a clear understanding that this is how things are, then the Law of Attraction makes your reality seem like the world is bleak because you don’t understand how you are attracting the very thing you wish to get away from. You just do your best to keep thinking happy thoughts in the hopes that something good will eventually occur.
People often ask me how I managed to travel to so many fabulous places. The truth is, at one point it was even a mystery to me. But after manifesting what seemed to me as random, last minute trips to Hawaii time and time again, I began to suspect that there was something more going on. It's curious that people who believe in a LOA are critical of those who don't and believe them to be close-minded. I have presented a lot of new data such as the erroneous science and the data showing that acting as though you had already accomplished your goals was detrimental to you doing so. Yet, LOA proponents do not look at this with an open mind and reconsider their belief system. In this way LOA is akin to a faith-based religion, except that religious beliefs can't be disproven.
Once you identify your real goal, do your best to assimilate that quality without the object and you will be deliberating achieving a vibrational harmony with the object you desired in the first place. When you acquire vibrational harmony or magnetic sameness with your desire, the object of your desire or something better HAS to come into your life, for it is the Law!

My divine ideas happen most when I am not trying to figure everything out. Usually, I am in the shower or working out. The actions just speak to me as nudges. This article was a nudge for me too. It just feel right to be typing this in this exact moment. My dream is to further my career in being an international writer, and I want to have massive exposure online. I could have just paid for a bunch of ads or post fifty times on Medium, but that doesn’t align to my highest being. My word for today was to share with you how to manifest more easily.

Your brain is so smart that it has taken the vibrations all around you, and learned how to translate it into your “reality” in a way so that you can’t even recognise its vibration. Think about it... What are the colours that you perceive? If you’ve studied any science then you know that colour is just a vibration at a particular frequency. What are the sounds that you hear? They are nothing more than vibrations that your brain has translated in order to make sense out of it.

11) Blame the Victim:  The only reason that anything bad could ever happen to you is because you were thinking bad thoughts. If someone rear-ends you in a car – 100% your fault. If you get breast cancer – 100% your fault (not genetics). If you get raped or abused – 100% your fault. We all know deep inside that this is ridiculous to even suggest. However, it is a basic, fundamental premise of the LOA. You NEVER attract something you are not thinking about. When anything bad happens to anyone, they are to blame. Don’t feel sorry for anyone who has cancer or a disease or starving children in poverty, they brought it on themselves. What causes obesity? Slow metabolism? No, fat thoughts.  From LOA experts, “Disease cannot live in a body that’s in a healthy emotional state.” (Bob Proctor).  “You cannot catch anything unless you think you can, and thinking you can is inviting it to you with your thought.” (From The Secret). “Good thoughts and actions can never produce bad results; bad thoughts and actions can never produce good results. Suffering is always the effect of wrong thought in some direction.” (James Allen). “If man will think only thoughts of perfect health, he can cause within himself the functioning of perfect health…” (Wallace Wattles). “Every individual creates every aspect of their experiences – we are in complete control of our health throughout our entire lives. There are no accidents.” (Esther Hicks).
It all begins with putting the right messages out there into the world. Lots of people think that creating a vision board is enough, or trying to hustle to make things happen is the answer. The reality is, that manifesting something is a subtle energy. It’s about assuming the experience of what it is you desire before the reality even comes into form.

Some people begin to see things happen immediately, while others take a little more time. The key here is patience and persistence. As soon as doubt or fear start to creep back in, return to Step 2 and address it. If you have lost touch with your clear intention, revert to Step 1. If your belief in the Law of Attraction lags, go back to Step 3. If all else fails, repeat Step 4 every day until it becomes a reality!

"It takes roughly three times of repeating the positive ideas to negate the negative thoughts. Try a vision board. List five things you want to focus on this month and constantly repeat them daily like a mantra. For example, my vision board says, 'Money flies at me from all directions.' Sometimes, I get a large-paying client, and sometimes, I simply find a quarter on the street. Point being, money is coming to me from everywhere. After you focus on what you want, you need to keep in that mindset. If you allow any negative thoughts to creep in, you will reverse or negate all the work you just did," Estes recommends.
Imagine you dreamed that you went to the store, and while in the checkout line realized that you were naked. The manifest content of this dream is the actual event: being naked in the line at the store. However, being naked in public (a common dream) often represents feelings of vulnerability. Those feelings - the deeper meaning of the dream - are latent content.

I am an energy person. I believe in attracting what you’re putting out into the Universe. It’s crucial to stay at a high vibration if you want to manifest your dreams. Limit negative self talk, or negative conversations and people around you. Pay attention to when jealousy or comparison gets you down, and switch out those tasks for things that give you confidence and inspiration. A daily mindfulness practice is essential. It’s also why I recommend starting with something like A Course In Miracles or May Cause Miracles (the “millennial” version of ACIM), to get you in the habit of a daily practice. Really there are tons of apps out their for meditation and inspiration today, that there’s no excuse to not take a mindful moment every day.

Feel it. Feel the way you will now after receiving your wish. You must act, speak, and think as if you are receiving it now. This is actually the most important, powerful step in using the Law of Attraction because this is where it starts working, and sometimes if you do this you don't feel like you need it anymore because you feel like you already have it! Therefore, the universe will manifest this thought and feeling, and you will receive it.

When you read about the Law of Attraction, it can sometimes feel like it will take months or years to manifest anything you desire. However, experts advise that if you carefully work your way through four distinct steps, it’s possible to get results a lot more quickly. In fact, if you are wondering how to manifest anything in simply 24 hours, you may only need 5 steps.
I worked with a professional footballer once. He was getting very nervous about shooting goals. He kept missing even though he was very talented. I insisted that he kept watching himself on TV scoring goals and burned that image into his consciousness. I didn’t want him thinking about anything else. Every time he had a negative thought he was to switch that picture, either on the TV or on the TV in his mind. And he was to surround the thought with positive emotions of love and respect for himself.
Freud believed that uncovering the true meaning of his patients' dreams could help them overcome problems and fears in their lives. The manifest content is the literal interpretation of the dream, with no hidden meaning uncovered. People living today have the same access to the original creators' texts online as people in 1880 had in printed books. It's exactly the same material. You're essentially arguing against yourself because asserting that no one knows for sure about it would have to apply to the people in 1880 as well. Your argument is an appeal to ignorance, which is a logical fallacy. The text in the creators' books is precisely the data he's referring to, a intellectual creation that has absolutely no scientific basis.

You’re also competing with other people’s intentions – both good and bad. So, be aware that if your desire is in direct conflict with someone else’s stronger desire, the universe will respond accordingly. The Law of Attraction does not give you full and total control of your life, it simply states that like will attract like. You can use this to your advantage by being intentional with your desires, but this isn’t magic.

When I was seventeen, an intuitive told me to pick up a book on manifestation, to read it and follow it to a T, and that I’d be able manifest everything I want. So I read the book and did what I was told. Nothing happened. I read The Secret and the Law of Attraction books that we’re all sort of peripherally familiar with…and still not much in that realm was helping me. A lot of it was: Think positive; your thoughts control your reality. Visualize.

Now it’s important to note that I wasn’t exactly financially prosperous at the time. I’d been going through some challenges and “learning experiences” regarding money. And through it all, I learned something really important: Money is simply energy. It comes, it goes, it ebbs, it flows.
