Therefore if your mind has been deceived by some invisible enemy into a belief, you have put it into the form of a disease, with or without your knowledge. By my theory or truth, I come in contact with your enemy and restore you to your health and happiness. Going to work: I wrote down and got super clear on the characteristics of my ideal partner. Then I asked myself, could I offer these characteristics to a partner today? In doing so, I realized that I don’t have unconditional love for myself, so how can I truly offer that to someone else? For the next 30 days I’m going to journal and bring awareness to my negative self talk and limiting beliefs that tell me “I’m not good enough” and start working on those. I have to take care of me before the Universe can take care of me.
Although this final step might not look that significant at first glance, it can actually do a lot to shape your manifestation potential in the future. Basically, the key thought is that you need to fully appreciate what you have once you achieve your goal. It can be easy to forget that you asked for what you received, so take proactive steps to prevent this.

4) Hmm... weird again. Dunno what books you've read, but that is totally false. Nothing is perfect and the "LoA" I subscribe to doesn't say what you've described. Visualizing is only one tool of LoA... one which I don't really use. The perfect relationship and perfect diet are total BS. you don't visualize those things, you either build them (a good healthy relationship, not a perfect one) or follow them (a good diet).

Carl Jung, who was best known for his theories on archetypes and the collective unconscious, was a student of Freud's who ended up breaking away from Freud and founding his own theories on psychology and dream interpretation. According to Jung, the unconscious is not a dark place, as Freud believed it to be, but simply a part of who you are. He also believed that Freud was wrong to categorize all dreams as unfulfilled wishes; he thought dreams could also represent a pathway to discovering yourself.
I don’t believe the Law of Attraction is complete nonsense. I just believe it’s one piece of a bigger puzzle. It’s like the diet part to the diet and exercise needed if you want to change your body. I do believe in energy. I do believe in the power of visualization, beliefs, and using you entire body as an instrument. This means feeling not just thinking. And I believe if you live in a certain state / or “vibration” good does happen. Yes, there is science behind this. But I believe it because I have experienced it in my own life.
Teachings on manifestation sometimes fail to dig deep enough into the subconscious roots of our current patterns of creation. If we don’t effectively unearth the hidden beliefs, habits and behavior patterns that may be blocking our ability to co-create, including the cultural programming we’ve absorbed from the world around us, we’ll constantly be working against ourselves. You can’t transform what you can’t see. And just as the subconscious mind can be the source of our biggest obstacles, it’s also the source of our greatest creative power. Simply encouraging people to “think more positive thoughts” only engages the conscious mind. To become an effective creator, we need to find ways to imprint new patterns and desires into the subconscious mind. Sigmund Freud, the father of psychoanalysis, believed that the manifest content of the dream always represents a suppressed emotion or urge, which was revealed in the latent content. He saw the manifest content as a guide to what's currently going on in your life, and the latent content as a reflection of your deeper, spiritual side. What do you want? What are your goals, wishes, and dreams? Get really clear about what it is that you want to manifest in your life. Do this in your quiet space. I encourage you to write it on paper with a pen. Describe what it looks like, draw it, define it. Make sure you stay with the positive attributes of your vision and define them specifically. Creating a manifestation/vision board is a great tool to help you visualize your goals and dreams.
So why does the latent content of a dream end up being hidden by the manifest content? Freud believed that the unconscious mind contained desires, urges, and thoughts that are unacceptable to the conscious mind. These might involve traumatic memories, secret desires, or socially objectionable urges that might cause distress if they were brought into awareness.
The technique of free association, actively utilized by Freud in dream interpretation, often begins with a psychoanalyst’s analysis of a specific dream symbol followed by the proceeding thought that automatically comes to a client’s mind. To further this investigative practice, Freud classified five separate processes that facilitate dream analysis.
